The world’s bendiest woman and record holder can effortlessly contort herself into the most improbable shapes. Russian-born Julia Guenthel, can twist herself like a snake into the most extreme poses imaginable and has broken numerous world records for her flexibility.
She has been contorting herself since she was four. She is also a former gymnast who can cram herself into a 50cm squared box.
